Asset Creation Project-Zenda Jan District-Herat Province
This project is funded by WFP in Herat province. The project aims to elaborate the coping capacity of the residents of Zindajan district against natural disaster flood and making their communities and farming land resilient and protected which contribute in better socio-economic well-being and peaceful co-existence. A total of 10780 families (1540 recipients) are benefited from this project through FFA Project -cash-based transfer (CBT). The project has been started on 20 July 2020 and will be finished on 20 Feb 2021. The total funding amount of the project is 246,973 USD.

Food for Asset Project in Tagab Ismail Valley in Qala e Now city pf Badghis
This is a 5 month long project funded by WFP in Badghis province. The project aims to enhance the coping capacity of the residents of Tagab Ismail valley in Badghis against natural disaster flood and making their communities and farming land resilient and protected against land slide and establishment of new farms which contribute in better socio-economic well-being and peaceful co-existence. A total of 1774 recipients who perform the project activities are benefited from the project that each recipient represents one family so a total of 12418 people including 6333 male and 6085 female will be direct beneficiaries of the project. The project has been started on 1 Sep 2020 and will be ended on 31 Jan 2021. The project total funding amount is 202,310 USD.

School Feeding-Take Home Ration
The project was implemented in Qala e Now, Ab Kamray, Mugur and Qadis District of Badghis province. The project was supported by WFP. The project aims were to increase primary school enrolment and maintain attendance in food insecure area, to increase girl’s enrolment and attendance in high gender gap area, to address short term food insecurity and improve concentration and learning/cognitive capacities and narrow gender disparity in grades 7 to 9 in formal schools. The project was started on 10 April 2016 and ended on 30 Sept 2016. Through this project total number of 29570 girl and boy assist with school feeding program and 399.195 MT oil distributed to targeted rang of girl and boys. The project funding budget was 49529 USD.

Modern Design of carpet weaving
The project was implemented in Ab Kamari district, Badghis Province. The project aim was to conduct carpet weaving vocational training course for 6 months for 60 women in Abkamary district to weave new and modern design of carpet weavers to market in order to support sustainable livelihood. The project was support by the U.S Ambassador Small Grant Program (ASGP). The Project started on July 2010 and ended on Dec 2011. The project funding budget was 8112 USD.

Natural Disaster-Food
The project was implemented in Qala e Now, Abkamary, Qadis and Muqur districts, Badghis province. The project aim was to support natural disaster affected people included IDPs, and other highly vulnerable groups whose food security has been adversely affected by shocks and to improve household food consumption in line with WFP strategy objective 1. The project was started on 1 March 2018 and ended on 30 June 2018. TSDCO distributed food materials for 400 natural affected persons (2800 Families). The project was supported by WFP. The project funding budget was 4774 USD.
